Returns
I offer a 30 day refund or exchange policy for work purchased through my website. I cannot help with anything outside of the 30 day policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same packaging, and condition that it was received in.
To initiate and complete your return you will need to provide either a receipt or proof of purchase.
Original artwork in new unused/undamaged condition will only be eligible for a 50% refund upon return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases I will only be able to offer partial refunds which will be assessed on a case to case basis. Please don't let this deter you from reaching out if there is an issue- I want to help you in any way I can and improve your experience working with me!
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, this can sometimes take up to a week to be reflected on any statements.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet please contact your bank or credit company first to inquire about the refund to ensure there were no clerical issues on their end- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all this, please reach out to me via my websites' contact form and we can get it all straightened out. When using the form please be sure to include an email address that you will have access to and can receive messages. It may take 2-3 business days for me to respond, but I will respond as soon as possible.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items are not eligible for refund and return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be offered for prints at this time and will be granted on case to case basis for damaged or defective goods. If you are experiencing an issue with an original artwork please reach out to me via my contact form to coordinate a possible replacement.
To inquire or initiate an exchange please use my website contact form. Don't forget, I need an email that I can respond to, so make sure you have access to the email you submit.
Shipping
To return your product please reach out to me via my website contact form with a valid email address that you have access to.
Shipping is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider adding additional tracking and insurance. I cannot refund you without the original product fully returned in original packaging.
If there are any issues or extenuating circumstances please do not hesitate to reach out!
